Base Salary
$195k - $358k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own significant systems and features end-to-end, from design through production and operation.
- Break down hard, ambiguous problems and drive them to shipped outcomes.
- Own the reliability, performance, and cost of the systems you are responsible for.
- Partner across product, design, and engineering to solve problems that span teams.
- Raise the quality bar and set patterns that make the people around you more effective.
Requirements
- A strong track record of owning and shipping systems at scale.
- Command of system design, data modeling, and reliability and cost tradeoffs.
- Ability to lead ambiguous work to a clear outcome.
- Genuine, current fluency with AI-assisted development.
- A high bar for quality and a strong sense of ownership.
