Base Salary
$195k - $358k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own significant systems and features end-to-end from design through production and operation.
- Break down difficult, ambiguous problems and drive them to shipped outcomes.
- Own the reliability, performance, and cost of assigned systems.
- Partner across product, design, and engineering on cross-team problems.
- Raise the quality bar and establish patterns that improve team effectiveness.
- Use AI agents for design, investigation, and implementation with appropriate review judgment.
Requirements
- Strong track record of owning and shipping systems at scale.
- Command of system design, data modeling, and the reliability and cost tradeoffs associated with scale.
- Ability to lead ambiguous work to a clear outcome.
- Current fluency with AI-assisted development.
- High quality standards and a strong sense of ownership.
