Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for migrations to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Design subscriber, consent, data extension, suppression-list, and unified-profile architectures.
- Create journey migration blueprints and data lineage documentation.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, execute cutovers, and validate SPF/DKIM/DMARC email deliverability.
- Contribute to Migration Factory playbooks and accelerators.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in martech or Salesforce.
- 5+ years of experience with Marketing Cloud and at least two completed end-to-end migrations.
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing advisory or architecture roles.
- Experience migrating databases with more than 10 million records without consent loss.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Next, Salesforce Data Cloud, subscriber data architecture, compliance and consent management, email deliverability, data migration, integrations, AMPscript, and SSJS.
- Required certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Data Cloud Consultant.
- Preferred experience with Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, SFMC Classic, Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, Interaction Studio, Snowflake, Databricks, Loyalty Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
- Preferred certifications: Marketing Cloud Developer and Application Architect.
- Additional preferred channel experience includes WhatsApp, LINE, Push, and SMS.
