Responsibilities
- Lead the design, definition, and implementation of solution architectures aligned with business strategy and enterprise architecture.
- Develop and reach consensus on technology roadmaps for initiatives and business units.
- Define AS-IS, transition, and TO-BE architectures covering applications, data, integrations, and infrastructure.
- Evaluate technologies and propose scalable, secure solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Lead technical and functional validation sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Define enterprise architecture standards and guidelines.
- Identify and manage technical debt, risks, and architecture exceptions.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and vendor teams to ensure correct solution implementation.
- Promote reuse of organizational components and capabilities.
- Participate in architecture committees and technology governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Solutions Architect.
- At least 7 years of experience as a Technical Lead, Architect, Technical Lead, Strategic Project Manager, or in similar positions.
- Experience designing enterprise solutions based on SAP, including SAP ERP, SAP FI, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP HR/HCM, and SAP SCM.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Experience with Scrum, SAFe, and Lean frameworks.
- Experience designing cloud solutions using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models, including Microsoft Azure.
- Experience designing enterprise architectures across application, data, and infrastructure layers.
- Experience with Open API Framework and architecture patterns such as Circuit Breaker and CQRS.
- Ability to lead technical and functional discussions across organizational levels and manage multiple technology initiatives simultaneously.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Preferred qualifications include Azure Solutions Architect and AWS Solutions Architect certifications, DevOps practices, data integration architecture, DAMA-DMBOK, data governance, enterprise digital transformation, and SAP-cloud integration experience.
