Responsibilities
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and design software solutions.
- Develop web and mobile applications with a focus on the presentation layer, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Build unit and automation test scripts within the test-driven development lifecycle.
- Contribute to coding best practices, code merges, and software releases.
- Perform other assigned duties and comply with organizational policies and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 5+ years of hands-on object-oriented programming experience with Java, Python, and/or JavaScript UI frameworks.
- Experience with Angular or React UI frameworks.
- Experience with microservices architecture, end-to-end UI/API integration, and REST, gRPC, and GraphQL protocols.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle phases, coding and testing best practices, caching technologies, and DBMS technologies.
- Experience or knowledge with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
