Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer industries and profiles to translate business logic into functional AI agents.
- Identify agent skills and APIs, map decision trees, and build guardrails for accurate outputs.
- Build custom skills and integrations for customers and document successful processes for standardization.
- Tune AI agents with appropriate voice, tools, and brand-specific knowledge bases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development and testing or launching software products.
- At least 3 years of experience with software design or architecture.
- Experience with Generative AI concepts such as large language models, multimodal systems, and large vision models.
- Preferred experience with knowledge graphs and ontologies.
- Preferred experience developing with Generative AI and large language models.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, agentic architectures, tool usage, or the Model Context Protocol.
- Background in automated evaluation and benchmarking pipelines.
- Ability to understand customer needs, form and test technical hypotheses, and improve model or agent outcomes.

- US base pay is listed at $174000–$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
