Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical lead and developer with AI partners to transition prototypes into production-grade, replicable agentic workflows.
- Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify recurring partner and field patterns and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with partner forward deployed engineering teams and establish Google-grade development practices.
- Help partners develop their own agentic delivery capabilities and drive customer activation and measurable ROI.
- Guide technical discovery sessions and deliver white-glove deployments in customer environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch for customers.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
