Base Salary
$150k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations with provider practices and insurance systems using APIs, scrapers, and RPA where needed.
- Join client discovery sessions to map healthcare workflows and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ship custom integrations quickly and iterate based on live client feedback.
- Contribute to the core product when integration work is not the bottleneck.
- Develop working knowledge of the US provider and payer landscape.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping production features.
- Startup experience owning features or products end-to-end from discovery through delivery in small teams.
- Solid experience integrating with third-party APIs.
- Proficiency in Python and FastAPI or equivalent backend frameworks, and React with TypeScript or an equivalent frontend stack.
- Active, proven use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar, with shipped production work.
- Strong communication skills, including explaining technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical clients.
- Strong pluses include web scraping or RPA experience, AWS or GCP infrastructure familiarity, US healthcare or provider/payer experience, and production LLM application development.
- Comfort attending in-person team and client meetings, with occasional travel as needed.
