Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development.
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs for business needs.
- Monitor development phases including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Provide application support to business users and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Analyze complex application and business-process issues using specialty knowledge and industry standards.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and help define operating standards and processes.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and assist with customer-facing systems exposure.
- Advise or coach new and lower-level analysts.
- Assess risk, support compliance, and safeguard the firm, clients, and assets.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment.
