Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web, desktop, and backend systems.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and tools.
- Improve automation strategies, test coverage, and software delivery quality.
- Monitor and report on automation metrics and test coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in automation engineering or software testing.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred: experience with JMeter or Gatling.
- Preferred: knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes.
- Preferred: exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
