Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery while ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Set and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Lead continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong experience in software architecture design and implementation.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in custom software solutions.
- Experience setting and enforcing development standards and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
