Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, debug, and document process workflows and web-based software solutions.
- Develop and enhance client-facing applications, APIs, workflows, integrations, and new product offerings.
- Use Java, AngularJS, SQL, low-code platforms, and automation frameworks to build software solutions.
- Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and validate functionality.
- Develop unit, integration, and automated test cases and participate in peer code reviews.
- Maintain functional specifications, change logs, technical manuals, and complete code comments.
- Apply Agile and DevOps practices to deliver reliable, robust, and high-performing software.
- Work with internal and external user groups and collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an Agile development environment.
- Working experience in web development with emphasis on service-oriented architecture using Java/J2EE and AngularJS or React.
- Knowledge of TypeScript, Bootstrap Grid System, single-page applications, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience creating high-performance web applications.
- Knowledge of SQL and database platforms such as Oracle and MariaDB.
- Some experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated builds and package deployments.
- Hands-on experience with an Agile methodology and the Atlassian stack, including JIRA and Confluence.
- University degree or college diploma, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong technical judgment, analytical and problem-solving abilities, communication skills, multitasking ability, and adaptability.
