Responsibilities
- Design and develop human-agent interaction patterns using progressive autonomy, intent previews, explainable rationale, and user-control principles.
- Build full-stack AI-driven capabilities that automate complex workflows with appropriate human-AI coordination.
- Create trust and transparency mechanisms such as confidence signals, action audit trails, and escalation pathways.
- Build enterprise integrations connecting AI capabilities to project management, collaboration, source control, and communication platforms.
- Design onboarding, progressive disclosure, and feedback experiences for diverse user personas.
- Implement the capability development lifecycle from authoring and testing through quality validation and deployment.
- Create extensibility models for teams and community contributors to author, share, and deploy custom capabilities.
- Partner with platform engineering to align capabilities and integrations with orchestration, governance, and distribution infrastructure.
Requirements
- Production-grade full-stack engineering experience with Python and/or TypeScript building user-facing tools and integrations.
- UX design sensibility and ability to translate complex agentic workflows into simple, accessible interaction patterns.
- Understanding of human-agent interaction principles, including trust calibration, progressive autonomy, transparency, and user control.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered tools, prompt engineering, or agentic AI development patterns.
- Experience building integrations with enterprise APIs and corporate systems using REST, GraphQL, or SOAP.
- Ability to collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, project managers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience designing AI-powered products such as copilots, agents, or intelligent workflow tools.
- Preferred background in design systems, component architecture, AI-consumable design patterns, regulated-industry technology, developer experience tooling, internal developer platforms, or plugin ecosystems.
