Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect to design and implement solutions aligned with the platform capabilities roadmap.
- Research and pilot current GenAI technologies and practices.
- Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions and automation workflows for high-impact, validated business use cases.
- Create and maintain technical designs covering application functionality, solution designs, data models, interfaces, and integrations.
- Enhance DevOps practices and tools to enforce software guardrails and improve engineering automation, cost, and risk.
- Stay current with cloud technologies, AWS services, and AI/ML developments.
- Provide post-production support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement for deployed applications.
- Explain technical approaches and decisions to varied stakeholder groups and support and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of development experience.
- Practical experience with Python, AWS Lambda, Java, and APIs.
- Experience developing AI bots or agents.
- Familiarity with chatbot development concepts, RAG techniques, and vector databases.
- Experience with DevOps culture, tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, problem-solving, analytical, and trade-off evaluation skills.
- Ability to contribute effectively in an Agile team environment and commitment to transparent teamwork.
