Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop solutions for SAP FI CO Finance and related financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into software solutions.
- Integrate financial systems and support data reconciliation.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to team decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP FI CO Finance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience integrating financial systems and performing data reconciliation.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance experience is preferred.
