Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop product features based on customer requirements and business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and guide engineers while establishing technical direction and strategy for critical product areas.
- Manage project work across design, coding, reviews, testing, observability, tooling, and on-call support.
- Build reliable, fault-tolerant software for large-scale customers.
- Improve service reliability, availability, debuggability, performance, operational readiness, and maintainability.
- Design and build Kubernetes-based, OCI-compliant container compute platform features that scale with customer and business needs.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of industry experience building features and capabilities for large-scale systems or infrastructure platforms.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and experience building distributed systems.
- Hands-on coding experience in Java, C++, or Go is highly desirable.
- Ability to work onsite at the downtown Bellevue office.
- Experience with Kubernetes products or services is a bonus.
- Experience designing multi-cloud products supporting AWS, Azure, and GCP is a bonus.
- Experience implementing multi-tenant systems with emphasis on performance, isolation, and security is a bonus.
