Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale and complex Professional Services deployments for enterprise customers.
- Design, document, code, test, troubleshoot, and maintain technical solutions, tools, automations, and system enhancements.
- Develop custom integrations using APIs and translate customer requirements into automation products.
- Identify product gaps, feature requests, and issues and communicate them to Product and Development teams.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects on scoping complex customer engagements.
- Prioritize and schedule deliverables using an iterative development approach.
- Share technical best practices and mentor team members on advanced scripting concepts.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Management, Tech Support, and Training teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of commercial or enterprise software development experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on development using Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong programming fundamentals and effective debugging skills.
- Knowledge of modern web architectures, microservices, and APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS and other cloud platforms.
- Preferred qualifications include IT certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, VMware VCP, CCNA, or MCSA.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Docker, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack, cloud platforms, enterprise IT infrastructure, automation and scripting, Lambda functions, application monitoring, and server application administration.
- Previous software development, consulting, or professional services experience and working knowledge of JavaScript or Ruby are preferred.
