Base Salary
$85k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack agentic AI applications from early concepts and mockups through MVP and production.
- Analyze engineering processes and identify bottlenecks affecting efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Design intuitive workflows and user experiences in collaboration with internal customers and R&D teams.
- Integrate data and engineering tools through MCP servers, including agent orchestration, tool integration, and workflow design.
- Evaluate technologies and product designs for compliance with scientific and engineering principles, company standards, customer requirements, and specifications.
- Support innovative components and modules through design engineering, validation, prototyping, testing, evaluation, and production-process development.
- Provide engineering support to other departments and contribute innovative product and process ideas.
- Manage innovation projects by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, resolving technical issues, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering, including fields such as Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence.
- At least 2 years of experience in the software or AI-related industry.
- Hands-on experience developing agentic AI applications with technologies such as CrewAI, LangGraph, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Model Context Protocol.
- Experience with cloud deployment using Docker, Azure, or Databricks.
- Proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming principles.
- Proficiency with Git, Linux terminal, and Bash scripting.
- Experience with data structures, databases, and knowledge graphs.
- Experience in frontend web development with technologies such as Next.js and React.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Additional engineering domain knowledge is preferred.
