Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build software systems including compute graph pipelines, software and firmware auto-updates, multimodal interactions, and network systems for debugging and logging.
- Design secure, efficient, and robust real-time data and video transfer protocols for robots and devices.
- Perform root cause analysis of system crashes and fix issues.
- Create tools and improve infrastructure to increase developer efficiency.
- Collaborate with Software, Algorithms, and Hardware teams to bring product capabilities to market.
Requirements
- Fluency in Rust.
- Familiarity with C and C++.
- Familiarity with systems scripting languages such as Shell or Python.
- Familiarity with userspace Linux programming and conventions.
- A proven track record of building great software.
- Attention to detail and pride in programming.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High maturity, ownership, and willingness to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Ability to take ownership of a wide range of systems and drive projects from concept through shipping.
