Responsibilities
- Design and build modern, responsive, accessible, and high-performing user experiences using React and contemporary front-end practices.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to turn ideas and user needs into impactful features.
- Own features from concept through deployment using a full-lifecycle development approach.
- Contribute to technical decisions, product direction, and the future of educational technology.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
- Support deployment automation, monitoring, infrastructure, testing, code reviews, and coding standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced proficiency with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for modern web application development.
- At least 2 years of experience with back-end technologies such as .NET/C# or similar server-side frameworks.
- Experience with cloud and container technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational or document databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- At least 1 year of experience contributing to DevOps practices, including deployment automation, monitoring, or infrastructure support.
- Intermediate proficiency with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing, automated testing, code reviews, coding standards, and other high-quality development practices.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
- Advanced communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements and user needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional international teams.
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
