Base Salary
$18k - $295k/yr
Responsibilities
- Co-create Risk and Security reference architectures, reusable patterns, integration libraries, solution templates, accelerators, demo environments, and blueprints with partners.
- Provide senior technical expertise for complex multi-product scenarios and AI-enhanced practice capabilities.
- Lead partner technical workshops, buyer engagements, strategic proofs of concept, architecture training, executive briefings, and capability assessments.
- Mentor partner architects and pre-sales teams on solution positioning, competitive differentiation, and industry patterns.
- Collaborate with Partner Technology Architects, Product and Engineering, Sales Consulting teams, Partner Managers, and other stakeholders on joint business planning and partner development.
- Represent ServiceNow practice innovation at industry events and forums and contribute to thought leadership content.
- Track partner practice maturity, pipeline influence, co-created offerings, thought leadership, and executive satisfaction.
Requirements
- Domain expertise in Risk, including IRM, or Security, with preferential consideration for Armis and Veza experience.
- Security or Risk implementation experience.
- CSA certificate; ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or architectural certifications are preferred.
- At least 5 years of channel or partnership sales experience.
- At least 5 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a security or risk environment.
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution with sales counterparts.
- Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist and AI Agents is preferred.
- Background in management consulting, strategy advisory, or partner business development is preferred.
- Experience across multiple partner routes to market and familiarity with competitive platforms are preferred.
- Ability to travel as required.
