Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop solution plans that balance business investment, cost, risk, and product quality.
- Create innovative, practical end-to-end technical architectures aligned with business strategy and HYPR’s objectives.
- Lead implementation of solution designs and architectures while managing expectations, risks, organizational structures, principles, tools, and responsibilities.
- Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise for client passwordless implementation and adoption engagements.
- Manage end-to-end project life cycles in a solution architect capacity.
- Partner with internal and external teams globally, including occasional work outside normal hours and travel when necessary.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in a solution or technical architect role deploying Linux-based on-premise and hosted solutions across private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.
- Experience with SAML, OAuth/OAuth2.0, OIDC, multi-factor authentication, and identity providers including Entra, Okta, PingFederate, and ForgeRock.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts including load balancing, application firewalls, and SIEM.
- Experience implementing FIDO Passkeys; Microsoft Passkeys experience is preferred.
- Experience with IAM in leading HRMS software such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and Oracle.
- Experience or comfort using and guiding REST APIs and SDKs.
- Experience with FIDO UAF and FIDO2.
- Experience with Linux administration and SQL/MySQL administration.
- STEM background preferred.
- Ability to work across complex, shifting, collaborative environments with global IT services teams.
