Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own core systems end to end from design through production deployment.
- Build and maintain components across the agent platform, infrastructure, and runtime integrations.
- Define engineering patterns and best practices for future hires and projects.
- Collaborate directly with founders to ship production features and improvements regularly.
- Help shape system architecture as the product evolves.
- Use AI coding agents while maintaining production quality and reliability.
Requirements
- 2 to 9 years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on ownership of production systems.
- Strong computer science fundamentals.
- Experience shipping end-to-end software across platforms, infrastructure, and runtimes.
- Comfort using multiple AI coding agents.
- Experience working in a fast-paced early-stage environment and closely with a small founding team.
