Responsibilities

Design and deploy LLM-powered enterprise applications using Azure OpenAI.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines with Azure AI Search, including vector and hybrid search.
Develop agentic AI and multi-agent systems using tool-based reasoning frameworks.
Implement custom Azure AI Document Intelligence models for extracting information from IDs and structured documents.
Architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient multi-tenant AI deployments.
Develop and manage knowledge graphs for structured reasoning and contextual intelligence.
Apply few-shot, Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, and other prompt engineering techniques.
Use Prompt Flow in Azure AI Studio for experimentation, testing, and versioning.
Design conversational systems with fallback handling and contextual memory.
Build and manage MLOps pipelines using Azure Machine Learning.
Provide technical leadership for enterprise AI architecture and delivery.

10+ years of overall professional experience with a focus on Azure OpenAI API deployments, scaling, and optimization.
Proven experience building RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search.
Experience with vector databases and hybrid search architectures.
Practical experience with agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
Hands-on experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence, formerly Form Recognizer.
Strong understanding of knowledge graphs and semantic modeling.
Expertise in prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
Experience with Prompt Flow and Azure AI Studio.
Strong Python and cloud-native development background.
Experience with Azure Machine Learning and MLOps pipelines.
Ability to design scalable and secure enterprise AI architectures.
Preferred experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
Preferred exposure to multi-agent orchestration tools.
Preferred experience serving enterprise clients or delivering large-scale AI deployments.
