Base Salary
$170k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain infrastructure for Tandem’s network growth.
- Develop technical solutions to streamline provider onboarding and engagement.
- Design and implement go-to-market tools to enhance growth efforts.
- Integrate AI and automation into workflows to improve efficiency.
- Run experiments to optimize onboarding and growth metrics.
- Establish the foundations of Tandem’s go-to-market engineering function.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills and foundational Computer Science knowledge.
- Experience in engineering roles at fast-growing product-driven companies.
- Ability to balance speed, reliability, and user impact.
- Familiarity with growth and distribution software systems.
- Proven track record of delivering results quickly and effectively.
- High Net Promoter Score (NPS) from previous teammates.
