Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and support solution design and architecture for clinical trial sponsors and contract research organizations using Vault Clinical.
- Lead customer post-implementation maintenance and improvement work across QA, IT, business, implementation, maintenance, and product teams.
- Gather requirements and contribute to configuration, validation, migration, integration, training, troubleshooting, and system design workstreams.
- Define customer deployment plans, key performance indicators, and post-live governance.
- Manage communication between customer stakeholders, implementation and maintenance teams, and internal Veeva product teams.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices and drive change management when transitioning from on-premise to SaaS solutions.
- Drive the customer release management process and plan releases aligned with product updates.
Requirements
- Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, ideally content management software, or experience in the life sciences industry with exposure to clinical trials and an affinity for technology.
- Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles, including managing customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with clients, translate business requirements, and create corresponding solution designs.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a similar field.
- Knowledge or applicable experience in clinical life sciences, healthcare, or pharmacovigilance is preferred.
- Experience with regulated systems, data-driven applications, software validation, project management, service delivery management, or systems implementation is preferred.
- Proficiency in additional European languages is preferred.
