Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and support solution design for clinical trial management.
- Advise and design solutions to ensure customer success and process alignment.
- Collaborate with customers on system design workstreams including requirements gathering and training.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform configuration changes in the system.
- Define business deployment plans and key performance indicators.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to manage communication.
- Guide customers in adopting best practices post-implementation.
- Drive change management for customers transitioning to SaaS solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in configuring or implementing software solutions, preferably in content management.
- Background in the Life Sciences industry with exposure to Clinical Trials is preferred.
- Experience in a consulting or customer-facing role managing expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or similar.
