Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing solutions using modern programming frameworks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and support timely delivery.
- Apply integration techniques and support compliance with reporting standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing custom software components with modern programming frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and reporting-standard compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative teamwork skills.
