Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis, programming, design, testing, debugging, and implementation activities.
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deliver new products and process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact problems through analysis of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Ensure application designs align with the overall architecture blueprint and develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
- Design and deliver scalable, cloud-native full-stack applications.
- Integrate generative AI APIs and workflows into production applications.
- Assess risks related to business decisions and maintain compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as necessary.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience with software application systems analysis and programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of application development.
- Strong full-stack development experience with Python and Java.
- Deep experience with Spring Boot, Spring Core, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native applications.
- Knowledge of LLMs, transformer-based systems, prompt engineering, basic agent workflows, vector search, and retrieval concepts.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, MLflow, or workflow orchestration tools such as n8n; hands-on experience is preferred.
- Experience integrating generative AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude into production applications.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adjust priorities quickly.
- Bachelor’s or university degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree preferred.

- Full-time position.
- Primary location salary range is $120 800,00 to $170 800,00 per year.
