Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, support, and optimize enterprise automation solutions using UiPath, APIs, workflows, reusable components, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, performant, available, and maintainable technical designs.
- Troubleshoot production failures across automation code, applications, APIs, credentials, integrations, platforms, and infrastructure, performing root-cause analysis and driving cross-functional solutions.
- Support automation platform and infrastructure provisioning, configuration, patching, upgrades, migrations, capacity management, performance optimization, and disaster recovery.
- Lead and perform platform upgrades and compatibility testing when integrated enterprise applications undergo major releases.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using enterprise tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow.
- Apply security, IAM, credential management, auditability, compliance, and DevSecOps standards throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Develop advanced automation capabilities using UiPath APIs, Integration Service, Coded Apps, Maestro, and applicable AI or agentic technologies.
- Integrate UiPath with Microsoft Power Platform, AWS services, Python, APIs, Generative AI, and agentic technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 10–12 years of overall professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots/Runtimes, Queues, Assets, Triggers, Libraries, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, React, SQL, JSON/XML, OAuth, and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience supporting automation environments, Windows servers and virtual machines, robot machines, runtimes, service accounts, IAM, credentials, networking, and platform dependencies.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, AWS or Azure cloud services, Generative AI, RAG, LLM APIs, and agentic automation is preferred.
- Working knowledge of monitoring, observability, and ITSM tools including Splunk, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow, as well as VS Code.
- Preferred certifications include AWS or Azure Cloud Certifications, UiPath Solution Architect, and UiPath Infrastructure Engineer.
- Experience working in Agile environments and applying software engineering best practices across coding, code review, source control, builds, testing, operations, and the full software development lifecycle.
