Responsibilities
- Customize and deliver global developer training for Professional Services, agency partners, and internal employees.
- Conduct scoping calls with customers to understand their business objectives and training needs.
- Manage training action plans with enterprise merchants and agency partners before, during, and after sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and administration of training.
- Achieve KPIs related to client-facing hours and satisfaction surveys.
- Assist in creating and updating coursework and interactive lab activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert for technical training materials and product changes.
- Perform other duties and assignments as required.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software development, enterprise customer service, or technical training.
- Experience training software developers and engineers is required.
- Formal education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Fluency in programming languages such as Java, Node.JS, Angular, and others.
- Understanding of the Stencil Framework and Handlebars programming language is desirable.
- Experience with code deployment and tools like GitHub.
- Knowledge of BigCommerce API, RESTful APIs, and eCommerce.
- Familiarity with security standards in code and cloud infrastructure.
- Passion for creating and delivering training content using adult learning methodologies.
- Willingness to travel globally.
