Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, efficient, maintainable software applications and portal features.
  • Build and optimize Java/Spring Boot backend services, microservices, RESTful APIs, and data integrations.
  • Develop reusable React.js components and optional React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
  • Design and integrate relational and NoSQL databases, including schema and query optimization.
  • Implement application security using OAuth, JWT, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and data protection practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and software quality.
  • Write and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and collaborate with QA teams.
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using logging and monitoring tools.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, UX/UI, product, and other cross-functional teams through Agile planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Fix bugs, debug production issues, and ensure applications meet Government of India cybersecurity and accessibility standards.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-stack development experience covering frontend, backend, API integration, and application deployment.
  • BE/B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech degree.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with experience in Java 8+, Spring Cloud, and microservices.
  • Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, and other relational or NoSQL databases.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs, web services, and JSON integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, including React Hooks, Redux, React Router, and React Query.
  • Proficiency with React Native for cross-platform mobile development.
  • Experience with CSS, Flexbox, CSS Grid, Styled Components or Emotion, and responsive design.
  • Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with tools such as JUnit, Jest, Mocha, Chai, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Proficiency with Git, branching, pull requests, merging, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, orchestration, application security, and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Familiarity with Jira or Trello, ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Webpack, and Babel.
  • Bonus experience with Next.js, GraphQL, progressive web apps, micro-frontends, isomorphic React, server-side rendering, Node.js, or Express.js.
  • Optional certifications include Oracle Certified Professional Java SE and Spring Professional Certification.
