Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of full-stack applications spanning frontend interfaces, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance, mentor frontend and backend developers, define coding standards, and conduct code reviews.
- Architect and build backend services, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, asynchronous processing pipelines, microservices, database schemas, caching strategies, and high-throughput services.
- Develop ReactJS and TypeScript applications with reusable components, state management, API integrations, responsive interfaces, and strong performance and accessibility.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS using containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, automated testing, environment provisioning, monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing.
- Lead scalability, distributed architecture, event-driven design, cloud-native architecture, security, compliance, and system design discussions.
- Contribute to AI-powered features such as intelligent search, conversational interfaces, recommendation systems, and automation tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Python with FastAPI preferred or Java, ReactJS, TypeScript, REST and GraphQL API development, asynchronous processing, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, SQL and NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred experience building AI-driven applications, integrating AI capabilities, using event-driven systems such as Kafka or SNS/SQS, applying Domain-Driven Design and clean architecture, and using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Preferred experience with performance tuning, load testing, and AWS cost optimization.
