Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer engagements from discovery through production deployment.
- Work directly with customer operations teams to map workflows and identify adoption barriers.
- Build and iterate customer-tailored prototypes using AI agents and integration capabilities.
- Translate deployment learnings into product-planning input and develop reusable implementation components.
Requirements
- 1 to 6 years of production software engineering experience with a record of shipping customer-facing software end-to-end.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with hands-on experience using NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.
- Ability to work directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical deliverables.
- Forward-deployed or solutions engineering experience is a strong plus.
- Empathy for and understanding of private-market or financial operations workflows.
- Experience in private markets, fund accounting, or financial operations is a bonus.
- Ability to work in person from the Berlin office.
