Responsibilities
- Build MVPs in close collaboration with tax advisors and non-technical domain experts.
- Translate complex advisory workflows into software requirements and working implementations.
- Iterate rapidly based on direct feedback from practitioners.
- Own features end-to-end from scoping and requirements gathering through deployment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying production full-stack software.
- Fluent spoken and written German proficiency.
- Strong proficiency with NestJS or an equivalent backend framework such as Node.js or Express.
- Strong proficiency with React or an equivalent modern frontend framework.
- Experience with full-stack TypeScript development.
- Ability to build MVPs and iterate quickly based on real user feedback.
- Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to gather and shape requirements.
- A code-first mindset without using low-code or no-code tools.
- A university degree.
- Background in financial services, tax, accounting, or a regulated advisory domain is preferred.
- Familiarity with German business processes or regulatory environments is preferred.
- Startup or early-stage company experience is preferred.
Benefits
- Salary range of 60,000 to 120,000 EUR annually.
