Base Salary
$149k - $238k/yr
Responsibilities
- Impact the development and design by launching new features and initiatives.
- Lead engineering architecture design reviews.
- Set a high technical bar for the team through code and architecture design reviews.
- Mentor and coach engineers.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create integrated solutions.
- Identify improvements to enhance engineering processes.
- Build services that meet high standards of availability and latency.
- Scale APIs, cloud services, and ingestion pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience designing and delivering highly-available, scalable cloud-based systems.
- Backend service experience in languages such as Go, Java, Python, or similar.
- Experience with frontend technologies including React or Angular.
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL data stores like MySQL, Cassandra, or Elasticsearch.
- Ability to leverage AI agents and tools for enhanced productivity.
