Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows across IRM, BCM, SecOps, TPRM, Privacy Management, Regulatory Change Management, and Operational Resilience.
- Develop risk, compliance, audit, regulatory change, controls management, issue remediation, attestation, vendor risk, and privacy workflows.
- Configure business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, recovery planning, resilience monitoring, and disruption management capabilities.
- Build automated workflows and integrations using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and MID Server.
- Develop and support SecOps capabilities including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence integrations, incident triage, remediation, and vulnerability management.
- Implement Continuous Authorization and Monitoring workflows aligned with RMF, FedRAMP, and continuous compliance monitoring.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise governance, security, SIEM, monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and other business platforms.
- Support reporting, dashboards, data synchronization, platform troubleshooting, upgrades, patches, releases, deployments, code reviews, documentation, and QA/testing.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development expertise.
- Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC, BCM, SecOps, TPRM, Operational Resilience, Privacy Management, and Regulatory Change Management.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations and configuring MID Server integrations.
- Experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, risk and compliance workflows, business continuity, and resilience processes.
- Good understanding of CMDB and enterprise integration architecture.
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Preferred exposure to CAM, RMF, FedRAMP, regulated compliance environments, SIEM, vulnerability management, cloud security platforms, operational resilience frameworks, governance frameworks, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and CIS – Risk & Compliance.
