Responsibilities
- Design and build new backend services or features for Fortnite's anti-cheat capabilities.
- Read, debug, and write code for Fortnite in C++ and backend services in Go.
- Proactively identify and communicate vulnerabilities in the Fortnite game client or backend.
- Debug, modify, and optimize existing security systems for Fortnite.
- Ensure Fortnite operates well for players and assist in resolving live issues.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science/Software Programming or extensive hands-on experience.
- Excellent knowledge and debugging skills in C++.
- Fluency in Go, Java, C#, or similar programming languages.
- Ability to creatively and methodically approach challenges.
- Experience in coding and designing system frameworks and APIs.
- Understanding of online multiplayer video game architectures.
- Technical understanding of online service backend structures.
