Responsibilities
- Design and finalize software solutions for development and deployment to cloud infrastructure.
- Build and optimize scalable, maintainable, and reliable frontend, backend, API, and distributed-system solutions.
- Solve complex technical challenges and simplify the technology landscape.
- Plan efficient testing strategies and maintain reliable application components.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, propose improvements, and model engineering standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain high-quality codebases, and document knowledge for the team.
- Work on cross-functional projects while managing alignment and interdependencies.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 11 years of experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
- Deep understanding of server-side rendering, React Server Components, and state management solutions including Redux, Zustand, and Context API.
- Strong experience with micro frontends, component-driven architecture, API integration patterns, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Azure or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms, plus monitoring and observability tools.
- Understanding of Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, end-to-end testing, and integration testing strategies.
- Strong experience with Python, .NET, Go, or similar modern software development languages.
- Experience designing and building APIs, services, distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of modern application design patterns including Domain-Driven Design.
- Experience across backend, frontend, and integration capabilities.
- Ability to use AI-powered engineering tools safely and effectively to improve development productivity and quality.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, or CloudFormation, as well as automated testing, observability, monitoring, and DevSecOps practices.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
