Responsibilities
- Support NiCE CXone sales and customer service with connectivity engineering needs.
- Master the voice and data services offered by NiCE CXone.
- Develop solutions for complex applications aligned with organizational objectives.
- Document proposals and prepare detailed project plans for customers.
- Approve designs for sale upon customer acceptance.
- Resolve vendor hardware, software, and application issues.
- Mentor Cloud Connectivity Engineers in design guidance.
- Organize resources to achieve project goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel approximately 25% as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Telecommunications Circuit Design Engineering or Analysis.
- 4+ years in a Sales or Solutions Engineering role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of telecom principles and concepts.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Broad range of skills within a professional discipline for complex assignments.
- Highly organized, motivated, and self-sufficient.
- Strong customer service and technical support skills.
- Advanced knowledge in networking architecture and configuration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
