Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical design and architecture for Salesforce implementations across multiple workstreams.
- Define and govern scalable architecture for enterprise Salesforce projects.
- Lead development teams and conduct technical design and code reviews.
- Integrate Generative AI solutions into Salesforce business workflows.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development and delivery efficiency.
- Resolve Salesforce platform limitations, performance issues, and integration challenges.
- Facilitate architecture workshops and cross-team technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Develop reusable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI tools, and frameworks.
- Ensure Salesforce best practices, coding standards, governance, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor technical teams and promote continuous improvement and AI-accelerated engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required, with 10–12+ years in Salesforce Technical Architecture stated in the additional qualifications.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture and experience managing multiple technical workstreams.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and REST, SOAP, and event-driven integrations.
- Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce design patterns, architectural best practices, cloud computing, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance, and reusable systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Mandatory Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect certification.
- Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Mandatory Salesforce AI Associate certification.
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification and hands-on Generative AI project experience are desirable.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
