Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical design and architecture for Salesforce implementations across multiple workstreams.
- Define and govern scalable, secure, high-performance Salesforce architecture.
- Lead development teams and conduct technical design and code reviews.
- Integrate Generative AI solutions into Salesforce business workflows.
- Use Copado AI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, AFV, or similar tools to improve engineering delivery.
- Identify and resolve Salesforce platform limitations, performance issues, and integration challenges.
- Drive cross-team architectural decisions and provide reusable technical solutions.
- Facilitate architecture workshops and technical design discussions with stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI tools, and frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance.
- Oversee security, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
- Build high-performing teams, mentor technical staff, and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required, with 10–12+ years in Salesforce Technical Architecture stated as the expected background.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture and enterprise architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, REST integrations, SOAP integrations, and event-driven integrations.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce design patterns, scalable system design, and architectural best practices.
- Experience with AI-assisted development and automation tools, including hands-on Generative AI project experience as a desirable qualification.
- Experience with deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience managing multiple technical workstreams and working in enterprise-scale delivery models.
- Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce AI Associate certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification is desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
