Responsibilities
- Translate customer business needs into clear technical approaches and drive customer outcomes.
- Build, deploy, and deliver production-grade solutions in customer environments with end-to-end ownership.
- Deliver iterative, high-impact solutions quickly while operating effectively in ambiguous and complex environments.
- Engage senior stakeholders, build trust, align priorities, and guide technical and business decisions.
- Tailor solutions using industry and customer context rather than generic approaches.
- Prepare and transition work to FDE crews with clear scope and technical direction.
- Navigate complex account dynamics, set boundaries, and drive urgency and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Experience partnering directly with customers or internal stakeholders to deliver solutions end-to-end.
- Preferred: master's degree and 6+ years of technical engineering experience, or bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: experience designing, deploying, and operating AI or LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented approaches, model tuning, evaluation, data quality, performance monitoring, and cloud AI platforms.
- Comfort with travel of up to 25%.
