Base Salary
$179k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect LLM-driven capabilities and HR technology solutions for enterprise-scale HR processes and associate experiences.
- Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows across the global enterprise.
- Lead technology projects and developers working on distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Partner with security, governance, risk, and architecture teams to deliver secure, compliant, and reusable AI systems.
- Provide technical leadership across Agile teams, including design, development, operational excellence, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Build and deploy cloud-based full-stack applications and define service boundaries, integration patterns, and AI agent execution environments.
- Improve system performance, reduce technical debt, evaluate emerging technologies, and mentor engineering community members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred: master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Preferred: 7+ years of coding experience with more than two of Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and Go.
- Preferred: experience with cloud platforms, databases, open-source frameworks, synchronous and asynchronous APIs, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks.
- Preferred: experience with AI productivity tools, RAG architecture, vector databases, embedding-based search, Spec-Driven Development, and enterprise-grade LLM or AI agent applications.
- Preferred: experience designing agentic or multi-step LLM pipelines with LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.
- Preferred: experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts, large-scale technical initiatives, coding standards, and design patterns across teams.
