Base Salary
$165k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate backend services for the post-purchase fulfillment pipeline.
- Build fault-tolerant systems and async pipelines that scale for peak event traffic.
- Own features end-to-end from requirements to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, QA, and Operations partners to enhance customer experience.
- Instrument services with observability tools to proactively detect issues.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience building production software focused on backend and distributed systems.
- Proficient in Java, Python, or Golang with experience in API development.
- Experience building scalable systems for real-time ticketing and post-purchase workflows.
- Designed async pipelines and streaming systems to handle peak traffic.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs, with bonuses for knowledge of venue systems or mobile wallets.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
