Base Salary
$164k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the reliability of robotics systems from PLCs to Kubernetes.
- Build interfaces for observability systems to ingest telemetry data.
- Write code frameworks and tools for controls and robotics systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate reliability into designs.
- Develop SLOs and SLIs, and introduce reliability release gates.
Requirements
- Proven ownership of reliability in production systems with operational consequences.
- Strong systems thinking to design sustainable solutions.
- Problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, networking, GitOps workflows, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience in programming with TypeScript, Python, Golang, or C++.
