Base Salary

$92k - $138k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Stand up a large-scale software factory used by software teams.
  • Integrate and automate systems supporting continuous build, continuous integration, continuous testing, and continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Software IPTs, chief engineers, and development teams.
  • Work across diverse assignments and collaborative teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and two years of related engineering experience, or a master’s degree in a STEM discipline and entry-level related engineering experience.
  • Experience with the full software development life cycle, Agile software development, embedded system programming, software integration, and testing.
  • Experience with C, C++, and Python.
  • Experience with at least two of Jira, GitLab, Docker, Fortify, Coverity, or Black Duck.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance and initial Special Program Access (SAP/PAR).
  • Preferred qualifications include active Top Secret clearance, multithreaded real-time software experience, experience with flight-critical, safety-critical, medical, or mission-critical software, code-based defect identification, software architecture understanding, and experience with modeling or diagramming tools.

Benefits

  • Primary base salary range is $91,800 to $137,600 annually.
  • Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off.
  • Additional eligibility may include overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses.
  • Full-time, on-site work is required in San Diego or El Segundo, California; remote, hybrid, and telework options are unavailable.
  • Relocation assistance may be available, and travel up to 25% may be required.
