Responsibilities
- Collaborate with automakers to build proofs of concept and demonstrations.
- Support partners in integrating SoundHound’s Voice AI into vehicles, with a focus on audio pipelines, frontend integration, and echo cancellation.
- Guide partners as a technical expert on SoundHound’s Voice AI technology stack.
- Gather data, reproduce and resolve issues, test solutions, and escalate problems when needed.
- File detailed tickets and contribute feedback to product and platform improvements.
- Design short- and long-term technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with engineering teams developing voice assistants.
- Manage multiple concurrent partner projects, timelines, and internal milestones.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or technical program management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Software engineering experience with Linux, Python, and C++.
- Knowledge of automatic speech recognition (ASR) and AI technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams and manage complex projects in an international environment.
- Strong communication, prioritization, troubleshooting, and partner collaboration skills.
