Base Salary
$136k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical vision for AI-powered GTM systems.
- Create and publish reference architectures and design patterns.
- Lead architectural design for complex GTM systems and integrations.
- Drive evaluation and adoption of emerging AI tools and frameworks.
- Serve as the technical authority on LLM orchestration.
- Own the integration architecture strategy across GTM systems.
- Champion a scalable low-code-first strategy.
- Partner with VP-level stakeholders to translate business goals into architectural roadmaps.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide structured feedback.
- Produce internal thought leadership materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of Technical Lead experience.
- Experience building and deploying AI agents for real end users.
- Hands-on proficiency with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG systems.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals in Python and/or Node.js.
- AWS experience with cloud-native infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders.
