Base Salary
$294k - $343k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead projects with significant economic impact and visibility.
- Define engineering vision and technical direction for highly scalable solutions.
- Develop and scale backend systems supporting purchasing, pricing, payouts, and creator revenue optimization.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, designers, and other organizations to define requirements and roadmaps.
- Advise on multiple projects in parallel and lead projects involving five or more engineers.
- Help recruit future team members.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing and supporting highly available, large-scale backend systems in production.
- 3+ years of experience leading large projects with five or more engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- Preferred experience with consumer-facing products.
- Preferred experience with monetization platforms, fintech, or the gaming industry.
