Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Embed with customer teams to identify and solve complex business problems and activate new opportunities.
- Discover, prioritize, prototype, and scale AI-driven business use cases and agentic solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy custom AI solutions and intelligent automation systems to production.
- Drive adoption of OutSystems Agentic capabilities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Lead transformational discussions, executive relationships, and customer growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand use cases and partner with Account Teams on long-term customer success.
- Communicate customer feedback and product gaps to the OutSystems Product team.
Requirements
- Proven experience performing Forward-Deployed Engineer responsibilities in complex enterprise environments.
- A track record of building customer trust and driving delivery.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying custom AI solutions to production.
- Strong experience with agentic AI, LLM-based workflows, RAG, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience preparing and structuring unstructured and semi-structured enterprise data for AI use cases.
- Understanding of AI governance, security, guardrails, and enterprise compliance requirements.
- Strong consultative engineering and architectural skills, including the ability to turn ambiguous business problems into practical solutions and rapid prototypes.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes rather than only technical implementations.
