Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support Salesforce and MuleSoft software solutions, including defect resolution and user-story implementation.
- Design, implement, orchestrate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise APIs and integrations.
- Create and maintain OpenAPI specifications and interactive API documentation for standardized integration contracts.
- Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and implement updates to maintain system functionality.
- Collaborate with engineers on solution design, story sizing, technical reviews, and implementation decisions.
- Evaluate and recommend software development tools, technologies, and processes.
- Support the integration of an acquired company into Mastercam’s programs and processes, including compliance and financial controls.
- Assume broader business-area responsibilities over time under Sandvik’s compliance programs and local business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Six to nine years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations and APIs using MuleSoft and Salesforce.
- Proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, implementation, orchestration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience creating and maintaining OpenAPI specifications and API documentation using Swagger and Scalar.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and scalable integration patterns.
- Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Experience working in Agile development teams and delivering integration solutions iteratively.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, and related ecosystem integrations.
- Ability to use or quickly learn AI-enabled productivity and automation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication, time management, organization, problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- MuleSoft and/or Salesforce certification is preferred.
