Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementations.
- Own solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture.
- Review Data Streams, Data Models, Transforms, Calculated Insights, and Segments produced by the team.
- Guide teams on data modeling, DMOs, relationship design, scalability, performance, and data governance.
- Act as the escalation point for complex data, identity, and performance issues.
- Conduct technical reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding and data standards.
- Drive UAT, go-live readiness, post-production optimization, and defect resolution.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and provide effort estimates, delivery plans, and leadership updates.
- Lead technical teams while balancing hands-on engineering work with team leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required, including 1 year of experience in Data 360 implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience configuring and developing Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), including Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Match Rules, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.
- Advanced SQL skills for analytics and Calculated Insights.
- Experience with APIs, event data, cloud data platforms, JSON, and data integration pipelines.
- Understanding of Salesforce metadata, objects, permissions, event-based data, and customer engagement tracking.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory.
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein, Zero Copy, Document AI, Semantic Layer, Salesforce Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud knowledge are preferred or advantageous.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Marketing Cloud personalization is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills are required.
